Refund Policy
Our refund policy allows you to return and refund a product if you receive a damaged or defective product, if the product is significantly different from what was purchased, or if the package delivered is missing one or more products or accessories.
To ensure a successful refund, please adhere to the Return Policy associated with the product category (detailed below).
Steps to Request a Refund:

Once your return process is completed and the returned product is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email within 48 hours.

Products must be in original condition for refunds.

All refunds will be issued as Store Credits with a validity of 1 year.

For a refund to the original payment method, an email request is mandatory. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:

Check your bank account and contact your credit card company; it may take up to 15 working days before your refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank, as there may be processing time before a refund is posted.

Mention your order number in the subject line of the email or WhatsApp message for easy reference. Specify clearly the desired modifications.

Case 2: Cancelling Your Order

Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped/dispatched.

We will reply within 1 working day regarding the confirmation of your cancellation request.
Case 3: Returning/Exchanging Your Order

For return/exchange requests, email us at playwellsportskochi@gmail.com or contact our support team via WhatsApp at +91-9387050001 within 24-48 hours from the date of delivery.

We encourage you to make a video of unboxing the package and click images of the product received for proof. Mention your order number in the email or WhatsApp message. Clearly state the reason for returning the order, along with images or a small video if the product is damaged.

We will reply within 1 working day confirming receipt of your request.

In case of a damaged or defective product, inform us within 24-48 hours from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging with the invoice. Sharing images/videos is mandatory.

Some goods are exempt from being returned, including opened and used products, intimate or sanitary goods, gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal wear items like socks, bandages, medical equipment, and gloves.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as items not in their original condition, damaged items, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Case 4: Tampered or Torn Package

Since we use third-party delivery services, we encourage you to make a video of unboxing the package upon receipt.

If we do not receive the required information on time, we will not be able to raise a complaint with the delivery partner and will not be able to refund or exchange your product.
