  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) will be processed the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed. After processing, we will send another email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days (Available for select items and locations).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors such as weather, holidays, and shipping carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery address of your order. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $50 (within the continental U.S.).

  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $50, a flat rate will apply depending on the shipping method you choose.

  • International Shipping: Available for select countries. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note:

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
